FAQ
What do I need to provide after booking a massage in the office?
Please provide a main point of contact who can coordinate with the therapist and share the appointment schedule. Employees should arrive about 5 minutes early to ensure they get their full massage time.
Also, make sure there’s a small private space—around 45 sq ft—where the therapist can set up a massage chair or table and conduct the sessions comfortably.

Will the massage therapists bring all the necessary equipment?
Yes, our therapists will arrive fully equipped with either a massage chair or table, along with all essential supplies. This includes disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, massage cream, aromatherapy, and calming music to enhance the experience.

What style of massage will my employees receive?
Our massage therapists are trained in a variety of modalities, including sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, and medical massage. Each session is customized based on a short questionnaire completed by the employee, allowing the therapist to tailor the treatment to their individual needs.

Do I have to remove my clothing during the massage?
No. Corporate on-site massages are performed fully clothed. Therapists may suggest small adjustments, such as unbuttoning a shirt collar or removing a tie or jewelry, to improve comfort.

What happens during the massage?
The therapist will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the first appointment to set up. Each employee will fill out a brief intake form and have a short consultation to identify any areas of tension or specific needs. The massage typically focuses on the neck, back, and scalp. Soothing music, aromatherapy, and cream may be used to create a relaxing and personalized session; leaving your staff feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Do you offer discounts?

Can staff pay for the massages themselves?
Yes, employees can pay individually; however, upfront payment is required before the event to secure their appointments and minimize cancellations.

Are the massage therapists licensed?
Yes, absolutely. All of our therapists are licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
